6101 Omni Modified Epoxy Adhesive En 12004 R2
description1
INTRODUCTIONPRODUCT
01Ceramic tile adhesives are reaction resin bonding chemicals designed specifically to adhere ceramic tiles to a range of surfaces. These adhesives are made with epoxy resins, which undergo a chemical reaction to generate a solid bond. They are better than traditional cement-based adhesives in terms of durability, water resistance, and deformability, making them appropriate for both residential and commercial application. Reaction resin adhesives provide a stronger and longer-lasting bond than their cementitious rivals, making them suitable for damp areas like bathrooms and kitchens since they can withstand harsh weather conditions and allow for easy application and installation changes.

ApplicationPRODUCT
• Ideal for new tile installation, flawless for large-format slab, prevents hollowing and dropping;
• Ideal for renovation tile overplay, over-tiling new tiles over old surface or glazed tile without priming.
Construction Steps PRODUCT
1. Mix component A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio. (Note: Do not add water or other materials during mixing; otherwise, the product will lose its performance.)
2. Use a serrated scraper to apply a thin layer on the back of the tile, no need to remove the release agent.
3. Pave directly on the base substrates;
4. Waiting for Curing: After construction is completed, wait for 24 hours of curing before it can bear weight.
Precautions
This product cannot be used for paving on loose and sanding substrates, or those coated with back glue or wall consolidant.
Adding water during construction is strictly prohibited. If the mixed product becomes sticky and hardens beyond the workable time, it must not be used again.
When using this product for construction in harsh environments or on special materials, consult our technical personnel first.
