ApplicationPRODUCT
It is ideally suited for new tile installations when used in conjunction with cement mortar or C0/C1 tile adhesives. This solution not only reduces costs significantly but also ensures seamless installation of large-format slabs, effectively preventing issues like hollowing and tile detachment.
Construction Steps PRODUCT
1. Mix component A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio. (Note: Do not add water or other materials during mixing; otherwise, the product will lose its performance.)
2. Use a serrated scraper to apply a thin layer on the back of the tile, no need to remove the release agent.
3. Pave directly on the base substrates;
4. Waiting for Curing: After construction is completed, wait for 24 hours of curing before it can bear weight.
Precautions
This product cannot be used for paving on loose and sanding substrates, or those coated with back glue or wall consolidant.
Adding water during construction is strictly prohibited. If the mixed product becomes sticky and hardens beyond the workable time, it must not be used again.
When using this product for construction in harsh environments or on special materials, consult our technical personnel first.
The company shall not be held responsible for quality problems arising from improper construction or construction not under the guidance of our application technology department.
